The programs and resources listed on this site offer free services to the community, and have a wide variety of campus sponsors. Including over 350 programs and over 1,250 community partners throughout the Southland, we invite you to explore UCLA’s community footprint in the greater Los Angeles region. We seek to amplify the numerous ways in which our students, staff and faculty contribute to improving the lives and livelihoods of our communities every day.
Community Programs and Projects
Community Programs and Projects are campus-based initiatives that impact, benefit, or provide free services and resources to the greater Los Angeles community. Community Programs are headquartered on campus and some run additional Projects off and on campus to serve specific needs of the community. Projects focus on a specific issue/field and serve a targeted audience.
Community Partners are community-based organizations that partner with UCLA and serve as the physical location of Programs and Projects in the greater community for the delivery of services. These sites include schools, community centers, parks, institutes, non-profits, or government-affiliated institutions. They are often referred to as “partner sites.”
