A rotation giving all second year pediatric dentistry residents the opportunity to engage in community service while enhancing their clinical education.
Services Provided
Comprehensive dental services include examinations, radiographs, preventive services, fillings, crowns and extractions are provided by fourth year student dentists.
Who We Serve
Children ages 0-20 years from underserved populations at affiliated community clinics across Southern California, including South Central Los Angeles.
Mission and Goals
The mission of the Community-Based Clinical Education program is to enhance our residents’ education while increasing access to care for vulnerable populations through sustainable community service.
