Mission and Goals

The Grunwald Center was established with the stated intention of enriching the university’s teaching mission, and it has become one of the most comprehensive and important university print cabinets in the nation, with over 50,000 prints, drawings, photographs, and artist’s books spanning the Renaissance to the present day.
