IRANIAN STUDIES PROGRAM

In addition to providing major and minor undergraduate education and graduate student education and research support, the program hosts several public lecture series, most notably the Bilingual Lecture Series.

Undergraduate and graduate student education, early career scholar development, and faculty teaching and research while providing resources for the interested general public.

Among its distinctive strengths, the Program of Iranian Studies focuses on Old and Middle Iranian philology, ancient Iranian history and religions, archaeology, as well as the study of classical and modern Persian literature.
