Food law scholars contribute research and knowledge related to global food issues and provide a food law and policy clinic for students to represent clients.

Who We Serve

Students, researchers, and scholars qualify for the center’s programs and services. Local governments, nonprofit organizations, farmers, and community groups qualify for the clinic’s services.

Mission and Goals

To perform cutting-edge legal research and scholarship in food law and policy in order to improve health and quality of life for humans and the planet. Also, to provide students opportunities to take on the role of policy advocate within the food justice movement, pursuing positive, systemic change.
