Three full-service field stations to support college-level instruction and research throughout the entire region.

Services Provided

The stations, forming an elevation gradient from Owens Valley high into the White Mountains, provide lodging, dinning, laboratory, and workspaces to scientists and students from all over the country and world.

Who We Serve

All accredited secondary and primary educational institutions, NGOs, government agencies, Tribal government, and some business/commercial entities.

Mission and Goals

To support college-level instruction, research, and teaching in the White-Inyo mountains, the Owens Valley, the eastern Sierra Nevada and surrounding areas.
