UCLA Center X Coaching Partnerships is dedicated to developing and supporting the capacity of our participants to support other adults through equity-focused, relationship-centered practices that are based in research and developed through years of practice in coaching and facilitating.

Professional development centered on equity-focused, relationship-centered coaching, facilitation, and leadership. We offer a Professional Leadership and Coaching Academy, Adaptive Schools Seminars, Cognitive Coaching Seminars, facilitation of groups, individual and group coaching, and customized professional development and facilitation.
