Writing Project

Our services include Summer Invitationals for K-16 on the teaching of writing, conferences for teachers, and on-campus writing workshops for students entering grades 5-12.

PK-16 teachers in the greater Los Angeles area, with a focus on underserved schools, including public, charter and private.

Our mission is to improve student writing and learning by improving the teaching of writing. We believe all students can become good writers, and all teachers should engage in writing themselves and write with their students—side-by-side.
