Brings together the research, education and training resources of two of Southern California’s premiere research and technology organizations to advance knowledge and monitor global warming and climate change in the state.

Mission and Goals

To promote, stimulate, and engage UCLA and JPL scientists/engineers in cutting edge Earth system science research to enhance understanding of climate and environmental changes, support future space missions, explore new technologies and applications for monitoring and projecting climate and environmental changes, and enhance the educational mission of UCLA.
