The Aliso Canyon Disaster Health Research Study will assess short- and long-term effects of the disaster and routine emissions on the health of communities living and working in proximity to the blowout. It is a five-year study that began in December 2022 and will end October 2027.

Services Provided

Gather information and feedback from community members via focus groups and community meetings, conduct indoor-outdoor air sampling, discuss preliminary findings on health impacts, and provide study updates.
