A comprehensive health care program for people experiencing homelessness, whether at a clinic site or on the street where people live unsheltered.

Services Provided

Clinicians at UCLA Health routinely refer their patients experiencing homelessness to Venice Family Clinic for their care, which provides needed medical care alongside community partners who connect them to social services and housing.

Who We Serve

Venice Family Clinic provides comprehensive primary health care services to approximately 4,500 people experiencing homelessness who comprise approximately 16% of the clinic’s patient population.

Mission and Goals

Although Venice Family Clinic is a separate nonprofit, an affiliation agreement with the David Geffen School of Medicine enables Venice Family Clinic to function as a clinical program of the medical school.
