Established in 2007, LARC is a network of climate practitioners and decision makers. Recognizing the need for cross-jurisdictional collaboration, LARC coordinates climate resiliency efforts to maximize limited resources and foster community amongst transportation, infrastructure, energy, water, public health, and emergency response partners.
Provide a forum for the exchange of best practices and cutting edge research. Our resources are made by practitioners for practitioners, with input from academia to ensure accurate, locally relevant information. In 2022, LARC partnered with LA County Department of Public Health to produce an extreme heat campaign.
