Established in 2007, LARC is a network of climate practitioners and decision makers. Recognizing the need for cross-jurisdictional collaboration, LARC coordinates climate resiliency efforts to maximize limited resources and foster community amongst transportation, infrastructure, energy, water, public health, and emergency response partners.
