Samahang Pilipino Education And Retention (SPEAR)

The project helps to increase graduation and retention rates by developing students holistically through three components: peer counseling, mentorship, and an internship program.

SPEAR is invested in helping Pilipino students to graduate and become an asset to their community.

SPEAR will reach 100% retention of UCLA students, particularly the Pilipino Community by providing individual and collective services for students.
